Firstly, what is the SPCA's definition of "beyond medical help"?

Does the BC SPCA have a list of "beyond medical help" conditions? If so, is the list posted on its website? We have not been able to find the SPCA's list of "beyond medical (or rehabilitative) help" diseases or behaviours on its website. Surely, when the SPCA promotes itself so widely as the premier animal-welfare organization in BC, its donators deserve to know what it means by "beyond medical help", by "animal-welfare", and the reasons for destruction which the SPCA calls "euthanasia".
