In Response To: The SPCA's list of 56 reasons it can kill for while saying it doesn't kill except to end the suffering of an animal that is 'beyond medical help' (AAS)

I think that the SPCA management and staff that abide and support this kill list have suffered or have either:
#27 - Head trauma and/or #38 - Neurological problems and consequently require #18 - Behavior assessment!

Need I say more as these poor animals certainly can't. Remember though, "We speak for those who cannot speak for themselves". They need to change that motto that has brainwashed SPCA donors.
