"Our limited resources are better used in caring for animals than in litigation"

We couldn't agree more, since we have been the target of SPCA litigation since August 2004, and the SPCA has been spending secret amounts of money on litigation or threats of litigation to hide its wrongdoing for decades.

But we don't consider the SPCA's substantial resources -- over $23 million a year -- to be very limited, just spent wrongly, for decades and to the present.
