Then again I have a special interest in #17 'Excessive vocalization'. The SPCA is still justifying killing for barking, the major complaint that Millie Sargent made about the Victoria SPCA for which the SPCA sued her in 2001 (and dropped the lawsuit when husband Rick Sargent was secretly given a consultant's report that the Victoria SPCA had contracted for, that supported Millie's allegations.
